Don McLeod
Product Manager & Company Director

A qualified mathematician, Don was employed as Product Development Manager for Tabcorp Gaming from 2000 through until March 2010. In this role, Don was responsible for all product selection and purchasing, contract negotiations with EGM manufacturers and third party suppliers, maintaining network regulatory compliance and product performance reporting and analysis across 13500+ EGMs in 250+ venues.

Prior to working for Tabcorp, Don was a Game Designer and Gaming Analyst for an on-line casino and thus has an innate understanding of how and why certain games and products do or don’t perform. His mathematical modelling techniques combined with a decade of proven performance and experience provides you with an unrivalled level of certainty that the return on your investment in your venue’s gaming product will be maximised.

Sean Dunphy
Client Service Manager & Company Director

After completing a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Melbourne Uni in 1992, Sean spent the next decade managing a number of pubs and clubs in Melbourne, developing a strong grounding for his future career.

In 2002 he joined Tabaret as an Area Manager and spent close to 5 years working with dozens of venues across the state. In 2007 he was promoted to the role of Senior Product Deployment Manager and was responsible for performance analysis and product rollout across the entire Tabaret network. This role also included managing the successful implementation of the Player Information Display Screen (PIDS) project in 2007 and the $5 Max Bet project in 2009.

Sean held this role for 3.5 years before leaving to co-found Momentum Gaming.

Andrew Marriott
Venue Liaison Manager

Andrew has 25 years of experience in a wide range of management roles across many hotels in Victoria and Queensland. Amongst this wide experience, he has been the Operations Manager for the Hunter Hotel Group, overseeing 6 hotels of varying sizes and has managed large, market-leading venues such as Gladstone Park and Rosstown Hotels. Andrew also has extensive experience
in smaller venues and clubs across Melbourne which has given him substantial background into the needs and requirements of different venues.

Andrew has strong knowledge of gaming accounting, marketing, EGM assessment and building business within a venue. With managerial strengths in all areas of hotel operations, Andrew has been introduced into Momentum to assist with growing our client's businesses.

Zac Skipitaris
Operations Manager

Over his 23 year career at TABCORP, Zac was responsible for co-ordinating numerous regulatory projects mandated by the Government across the gaming network, such as clock displays, PIDs and $5 Max Bet, all within tight timeframes.

With a background in electronics, he was heavily involved in the design, testing, compliance and roll out of jackpot signage, loyalty products (such as R&R and Diamond Rewards), TABCORP Host conversion from VLC to AGS and the IP Telstra network upgrade.

Zac is held in extremely high regard across the gaming industry and has proven to be an invaluable resource for Momentum Gaming and its clients, assisting our venue partners to navigate through Transition and Migration
and is responsible for the on-going management of Momentum’s Break-Fix, Preventative Maintenance and Deployment programs.

Stephen Michael
Manager – Design and Fit Out

Steve joined TABCORP in the early 2000’s as a Project Coordinator in the Venue Design and Refurbishment team and managed the fit out and refurbishment of more than 50 venues across the state as well as the opening of a number of new greenfield sites. Stephen gained a great insight into the gaming industry and its regulatory requirements, forming and maintaining strong relationships with venues, trades, suppliers and notably the VCGLR.

In mid-2011 he started his own consulting business in preparation for Transition in August 2012. Since then he has acted as the Project Manager for a number of venue refurbishments, EGM top-ups, new venue openings and minor gaming room “tweaks” as a contractor to Momentum Gaming. Recently, Steve joined Momentum Gaming in a full-time capacity in the position of Manager – Design and Fit Out, and adds another layer of gaming industry experience and expertise to the Momentum team.
